-Versatile handy-person skills -Have good time management and organisational skills -Ability to use Power tools, Forklift, scissor lift (EWP) -Qualification in either carpentry/plumbing/electrical engineering (preferred) -Trade qualification in either carpentry, plumbing, painting etc -Physically capable of moving equipment -Basic IT knowledge -Ability to manage a team and work stand-alone. -A trade background is preferred or handyman experience
