Lead design of signage, wayfinding, and environmental graphics from concept to completion.
-Travel to project sites as needed
-Comprehensive understanding of fabrication processes, installation techniques, materials, and construction specifications -Familiarity with SignAgent is a plus -Ability to develop and execute project work plans, including scope definition, strategy, deliverables, and staffing resources -Ability to produce design intent drawings, including fabrication methods and material specifications -Strong project management, time management, and organizational skills with the ability to lead and manage multiple concurrent projects -Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills -Proven experience managing projects from concept development through construction administration, including shop drawing review and RFI responses -Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural drawings -Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams -Familiarity with Rhino or other 3D modeling tools is a strong plus -Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) -Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills -Thorough knowledge of ADA compliance, building codes and fire safety requirements related to experiential graphic design, signage, and wayfinding -Working knowledge of CADTools -Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Experience Design, Architecture, or a related field -Experience designing for the built environment, including both 2D and 3D solutions -Ability to communicate concepts through hand sketching is a plus -A minimum of 8-10 years of professional experience in environmental/experiential graphic design, signage and wayfinding, or a related field -Ability to produce high-quality work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
