What You Bring

-Being a positive and professional representative of Encore while dealing with customers, directly and indirectly -Ability to read and understand basic blueprints and measurements. -Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn. -A strong work ethic and professional appearance -High school diploma or GED required. -Physically able to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in various environments (indoors/outdoors, heights, confined spaces). -Swag:  High-quality company swag and attire (t-shirts, hoodies, jackets) – at least twice a year. -Must have the ability to work alone and in team setting.
