The Role

Overview

Assist in property maintenance tasks, handle work orders, and ensure building upkeep.

Tasks

-Ensuring the workshop, utility room, and mechanical rooms are always clean, orderly, and free of potential hazards. -Picking up trash, sweeping curbs and dumpster areas, and maintaining common areas. -Completing work orders, cleaning up the grounds, and turning vacant units. -Responding within thirty minutes during your designated on-call hours. -Track of inventory, placing orders for materials as needed and supplying receipts to both the property manager and maintenance supervisor.

What You Bring

-Experience identifying, reviewing, and obtaining bids on projects in need of supervision from outside contractors -Experience using a variety of tools and equipment -HVAC and pool certified -Experience maintaining files and keeping inventory of supplies -Ability to lift 50-75 lbs and perform other physical duties -Ability to give and receive instructions -Experience reading blueprints and various other architectural documents
