Tasks

-Lead with Impact – Manage and mentor engineers, foremen, warehouse staff, and installation crews. -Champion Safety & Quality – Set the tone for excellence on every site and every system. -Own the Process – From BIM/VDC collaboration to just-in-time material logistics and jobsite implementation, you’ll ensure every detail is executed flawlessly. -Keep Projects on Track – Balance budgets, schedules, and performance, ensuring hydronics deliverables align with major project milestones. -Drive Excellence – Oversee design, coordination, prefabrication, and commissioning for cutting-edge hydronic systems.

What You Bring

-Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field (preferred). -Hands-on problem solver with the ability to make real-time field decisions. -Valid Florida driver’s license and ability to travel statewide. -Proven leadership of cross-functional teams on large HVAC projects. -Strong background in prefabrication, logistics, and system installation. -10+ years of hydronic systems experience (design through commissioning). -Work in diverse environments—mechanical rooms, rooftops, and outdoor sites.
