Tasks

-Troubleshoot system issues, escalate when needed, and support end-users with training and guidance. -Support integration efforts between Salesforce and other tools (marketing automation, ticketing systems, etc.). -Assist in documenting processes, system configurations, and best practices. -Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, CS, and Leadership teams to understand business needs and implement system enhancements. -Assist in building and optimizing reports, dashboards, and workflows to improve visibility and decision-making. -Participate in testing and deployment of new features, releases, and updates. -Maintain high levels of data integrity by conducting routine audits, data cleanup, and duplicate management. -Support daily administration of Salesforce, including user management, permissions, profiles, and security settings.

What You Bring

-Solid understanding of Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, page layouts, permissions, flows, and automation tools. -Familiarity with APIs, data imports, and integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Zapier). -Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. -Salesforce Admin certification (ADM-201) preferred or actively in progress. -Basic understanding of data management, reporting, and CRM best practices. -Experience supporting training or onboarding for CRM users. -Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Zendesk, Jira, or integrated SaaS platforms. -Growth mindset with a willingness to learn and expand technical expertise. -Understanding of sales and customer success processes. -1–2 years of CRM experience with a strong focus on Salesforce administration. -Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
