  • Lead multi-disciplinary BIM coordination meetings and facilitate resolution of complex design and coordination issues.
  • Provide production and modeling support across all project phases, ensuring high-quality BIM deliverables and alignment with design intent and project goals.
  • Provide hands-on support for BIM software suite, troubleshooting issues and ensuring optimal performance.
  • Manage and oversee the creation and maintenance of the digital design library, including families, templates, Dynamo scripts.
  • Implement, and oversee company BIM standards, procedures, and protocols in collaboration with technical and design teams.
  • Train and mentor project teams in BIM best practices through both informal and formal learning sessions.
  • Interface directly with clients to define BIM deliverables, ensuring projects are executed as per agreed-upon BIM protocols.
  • Evaluate project deliverables for compliance with BIM execution plans, standards, and client requirements.
  • Promote continuous improvement by leveraging analytics to derive insights from project metrics.
  • Remain abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending tools and methodologies to further advance our BIM capabilities.

  • Professional Licensure and Society Memberships
  • Professional Certification in BIM Management.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Civil 3D and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
  • Proficiency in programming languages like C# and/or Python.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage teams.
  • 10 years of AEC industry experience with a strong focus on BIM.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in parametric design and coding skills in Revit Dynamo Script.
  • Understanding of construction scheduling and estimating.
