Tasks

-Lead project cost forecasting reviews and implement lessons learned initiatives -Review, approve, and drive milestone schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation plans -Act as executive liaison for key clients, supporting business development and strategic partnerships -Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Install teams to align priorities and resources -Direct oversite of flagship or complex capital projects from concept to completion -Drive process improvement and standardization across project workflows -Provide leadership and oversight for the PM team, ensuring consistency and quality across all projects

What You Bring

-Proven success in leading teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget -Determination and adaptability to overcome challenges and own outcomes -Experience with estimating, scheduling, and margin defense -Strong leadership, mentoring, and coaching abilities -Excellent client-facing communication and negotiation skills -5+ years of project management experience in architectural woodwork, casework, construction, or custom manufacturing -Proficiency in project management software; Innergy experience is a plus -Ability to interpret architectural and shop drawings
