The Role

Overview

Coordinate fleet operations, maintenance records, compliance and procurement for GenusPlus.

Tasks

-Liaise with managers across all Genus entities to source information on site-specific requirements for personnel, vehicles, plant, and machinery. -Maintain personnel records, training data, and compliance registers. -Monitor and track all fleet and maintenance activities, ensuring accurate record keeping. -Assist with purchasing and procurement requirements as needed.

What You Bring

-Exceptional time management and organisational abilities. -Proficient computer literacy, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). -Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality work. -Applicants must be based in Near Preston, NSW. -Proven capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. -Strong attention to detail with high levels of accuracy and efficiency. -Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar administrative or fleet coordination role. -Demonstrated commitment to safety and understanding of Occupational Health & Safety principles. -Current HR Driver’s Licence. -Maintenance mechanic background (Desirable) -Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship management skills.
