Overview
Provides Tier 1/2 IT support, device management, and user training for HCAI.

Tasks
-Install or repair hardware or peripheral equipment. -Perform problem and incident management related to client technologies. -Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktop and mobile applications. -Recommend incident control/problem management process improvements. -Configure, deploy, and maintain end-user devices. -Conduct research and analysis of new client technologies. -Document design specifications, installation instructions, and other system-related information. -Conduct end user training related to client technologies. -Test, maintain and deploy desktop images. -Analyze data to identify trends or relationships among variables. -Install, configure, and/or maintain systems.
