Overview
Process and reconcile Unapplied Suspense accounts, ensure timely reporting.

Tasks
-Promptly address and resolve discrepancies by conducting thorough investigations of issues and variances. -Ensuring escalation procedures are followed on a timely manner -Ensure the reconciliation of the Unapplied Suspense general ledger is completed by the 3rd business day of each month. -Communicating effectively with various areas of the business -Manage unapplied suspense transactions from daily deposits to ensure they are under control and aligned with the Leasing system report.

What You Bring
-Experience in financial service/ high volume transactions environment -Organised and able to prioritise -Attention to detail is critical -Ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external clients. -DLL’s referral program applies -2 years experience in a high – volume environment are preferred -Works well under pressure and meets deadlines -Able to work with limited supervision -Good verbal and written communication skills -Analytical and problem-solving skills -Comfortable using Excel to manipulate data (Pivot tables, vlookup)
