Process orders and quotations using different methods and support inside and outside sales team with quotation requests;
Build sustainable customer relationships and trust with customers account through open communication;
Follow company guidelines, policies and procedures;
Manage all incoming phone calls and text messages in a professional manner;
Address customer's concerns and offer the best solution to solve the problem in a timely manner;
Conduct physical inventory and maintain inventory accuracy and cleanliness;
Understand clients’ needs and suggest appropriate products or services to achieve satisfaction;
Source parts and/or equipment in collaboration with buying groups and suppliers;
Provide an outstanding customer service in a wholesale distribution environment;

Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Ability to respond to emergency after hours call in an on-call rotation;
Post-secondary education (an asset);
Strong work ethic and positive team attitude;
Problem solving abilities;
Completion of professional degree in refrigeration, heating, ventilation (an asset);
Good sales abilities and persuasiveness;
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
Previous experience in HVAC-R industry, retail sales or technical related field (an asset);
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively;
Professional phone manner and customer service skills;
Ability to operate a forklift, training will be provided as needed;
Ability to work under pressure unsupervised;
