Tasks

-Permit Management: Ensuring that permits for roadworks are properly applied for and granted, including scheduling, approvals, and compliance with local authority regulations. -Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and assist in the development of mitigation strategies. -Budget Tracking: Track project budgets and ensure that costs are controlled and aligned with financial goals. -Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, timelines, meeting notes, and progress reports. -Task Management: Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring that all tasks are completed on schedule. -Reporting: Provide regular project updates to senior management, clients, and other stakeholders. -Quality Control: Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and align with client expectations -Communication: Serve as a point of contact for project stakeholders and coordinate communication between clients, team members, and vendors. -Project Management Support: Assist in the planning, scheduling, and execution of projects from initiation to completion. -Resource Allocation: Support the management of project resources, ensuring proper allocation and tracking.
