The Role

Overview

Operate cement plant assets on rotating shifts, ensuring safety, quality, and production.

Tasks

-Ensure operational standards, policies and procedures are followed. -Work with the Production Supervisor and other team members to respond to operating plant issues and ensure plant delays are minimised. -Safely operate heavy mobile equipment -Engage in training to multi-skill to enable the operator to work in all operational aspects including plant isolation's, permit issuing, kiln and cement mill processing, central control room operations and ship loading procedures. -Comply with daily Operation Plans
