-Collaborate with other departments to provide integrated, strategic advice across the property lifecycle -Support and mentor junior colleagues, contributing to the team’s technical and commercial development -Manage client relationships and act as a trusted advisor to investors, occupiers, and developers -Drive new business through your network and by developing long-term client partnerships -Lead on professional and project-based work including: Technical due diligence and pre-acquisition surveys, Dilapidations (landlord and tenant), Project management, refurbishment, and contract administration, Building pathology, reinstatement cost assessments, and defect analysis -Take a leading role in delivering and overseeing a broad range of building surveying instructions
