Warehouse Assistant - DOT Regulated

Overview

Assist with receiving, storing, inventorying, and shipping materials in a central warehouse.

Tasks

-Load/unload trucks and deliveries; restack or hand-load materials as needed. -Perform cycle counts and ensure all inbound/outbound inventory is tracked. -Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment. -Support warehouse team with daily tasks and contribute to overall productivity. -Pull, label, and stage correct items to fulfill customer orders. -Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company standards. -Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials; maintain accurate inventory records. -This role is DOT (U.S. Department of Transportation) regulated and may involve operating company vehicles to complete deliveries. Upon hire, you will be required to complete Diverzify’s DOT Program BEFORE you are authorized to begin work. -Handle shipping, receiving, order picking, and inventory management.

What You Bring

-Basic PC Skills Preferred. -Must be able to regularly lift, carry, or move products weighing 50 pounds unassisted. Typically bends, stoops, and/or crouches on a regular basis from various heights to stock or remove products. Must be able to climb steps. -Minimum 1 Year of Experience in Warehousing/Receiving Function. -Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products Preferred. -High School Diploma/GED (Or Equivalent Work Experience in Similar Role). -Must be able to work Monday through Friday between 7 am and 4 pm and have ability to work flexible hours with notice.
