Senior Systems Analyst – ERP Implementation

Overview

Lead finance functional implementation of Deltek Maconomy ERP in a digital transformation project.

Tasks

-Support the migration from Legacy systems including mapping data structures, defining transformation rules and cleansing requirements, supporting ETL activities, validating data accuracy and completeness through reconsolidation and testing. -Conduct system testing and quality assurance to ensure optimal performance. -Perform data analysis and reporting to support business decision-making. -Work closely with Finance, Procurement, Operations teams to gather and validate business and system requirements -Map and document end-to-end financial processes, identifying gaps or inefficiencies and recommending improvements to meet the business needs. -Develop and maintain documentation related to system configuration, processes, and procedures. -Functional Lead for Finance modules on ERP implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines. -Troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolution of bugs, defects, or process gaps. -Coordinate UAT (User Acceptance Testing), prepare test scripts, and support system and process training.

What You Bring

-5+ years of experience in ERP implementation or support roles, with hands-on experience in Deltek Maconomy -Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. -Strong communication and interpersonal skills. -Knowledge of SQL & Maconomy reporting tools (e.g., Maconomy BI, Cognos, Power BI) -Ability to work independently and as part of a team. -Project management experience is a plus. -Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field. -Strong knowledge of finance and accounting processes across: -Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. -O2C, P2P, R2R, EPM, and Time & Expense -Proficiency in documenting technical processes and specifications. -System integration and API experience (IPaaS e.g Workato) is advantageous but not essential.
