-Marketing investment real estate internally, externally, and to active investors. -Researching the local market and staying up-to-date on industry trends. -Preparing thoughtful analyses of clients’ properties, including opinions of value utilizing comparable properties and research. -Daily contact with clients - advising individuals, companies and institutions in the development and execution of their individualized real estate investment strategies. -Networking with other industry professionals.
