-Ability to work in a team environment or unsupervised as required -National Competency for Train Shunting – preferred -National Competency for Train Driving – an advantage -Competent using Microsoft Office applications - Word and Excel -Knowledge and commitment to ensuring a safe workplace -Should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills -Able to work shifts (Days, Afternoon, Nights, Weekend and Public Holidays)
