Tasks

-Prepare reports, specifications, and schedules of work -Oversee contract administration and project delivery -Deliver a full range of building surveying services – defect analysis, dilapidations, condition surveys, and refurbishment/new build projects -Support and mentor junior surveyors within the team -Manage client relationships and provide professional technical advice

What You Bring

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Building Surveyor to join a respected, RICS-chartered construction consultancy delivering high-quality commercial and public-sector projects across the UK. Be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking team known for technical excellence, client care, and strong professional development. -Degree in Building Surveying or related discipline -Knowledge of Building Regulations, CDM and H&S -Experience managing multiple projects -APC support and ongoing CPD -Strong technical knowledge of construction and building pathology -MRICS (or working towards chartership)
