Residential Property Administrator (Part-Time)

Part‑time admin supporting residential property operations and resident services.

Key Responsibilities

Tasks

-Prepare and print outstanding balance, eviction, a notice of entry, and non-sufficient fund notices. -Provide administrative support to the Residential property team. -Collect, deposit, and record all rent collections, calling residents and following up as needed. -Ensure electronic and physical resident files are maintained and up to date. -Upload documents to Yardi Voyager (Yardi), complete move-in/out in Yardi, and batch collected payments in Yardi. -Administer inventory through data entry and regular WO status updates. -Create purchase orders and work orders in our systems as required. -Deliver excellent customer service to develop long-term relationships with our valued residents.

What You Bring

-Minimum of 2 years of administration experience. -Possess a post-secondary diploma or degree in business administration or related discipline is an asset. -Must complete & pass a criminal record check. -Must possess a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.
