The Role
Overview
Assist military families with move‑ins/outs, inquiries, community standards, and events.

Tasks
-Develop and maintain strong resident relations. -Answer resident questions and assists in resolving resident complaints. -Administer move-in paperwork and home inspections with residents. -Responsible for completing customer relationship management requirements for the Resident Journey program. -Responsible for monitoring curb appeal throughout the community and office and maintaining the cleanliness, housekeeping and general appearance of the office, amenities, models and common areas of the property including trash pick up and enforcing community standards. -Conduct neighborhood tours and home showings for qualified potential residents. -Actively participate in organization and execution of company-sponsored resident events including social events, educational classes and community programs. -Conduct move out assessments with departing residents and assess any charge for damages. -Provide high standard of customer service to residents through a prompt and courteous response to all inquiries. -Provide administrative support at the community center. -Maintain a fundamental working knowledge of all lease documentation and resident guide policies and procedures. -Assist in the inspections of vacant homes and takes appropriate action to prepare the for rent-ready status.

What You Bring
-A valid driver's license in good standing and ability to meet the driving records standards outlined in the Company Safe Vehicular Operations Policy. -Experience with Yardi or RealPage property management software. -Less than 1 year of relevant work experience. -Ability to manage multiple assignments and tasks. -Proficient with web-based applications and computer systems such as Microsoft Office Suite. -Excellent customer service skills. -Solid organizational and administrative skills. -This position is located at a federal facility. In accordance with the REAL ID Act, effective May 7, 2025, a REAL ID compliant driver's license/ID is required in order to access the federal facility. -Associate's degree in a business-related field. -High school diploma or GED equivalent. -Ability to work with a diverse group of people and personalities. -Experience in property management.
