Tasks

-Analyze the territory/market’s potential and track sales -Perform market research to find new customers. -Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships -Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and in person meetings. -create long-standing relations with new clients. -Find and visit new clients, such as cabinet shops, small and large contractors, Kitchen and bath designers, property managements, and builders of track homes and multifamily units, plus big box stores. -Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.

What You Bring

We're only interested in talking to individuals with a strong work ethic who are self-motivated and are excellent at building relationships with commercial and residential accounts clients. While knowledge of the stone countertop industry is preferred, it is not a must requirement as training can be provided. Experience or knowledge of general construction would be important to this position. We’re looking for a results-driven sales representative who is an experienced and independent individual to join our team . If you are Highly motivated and target driven sales person looking for a high paid salary plus commission, position, This is what you are looking for. -Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills -Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the customers’ needs. -Excellent knowledge of MS Office, CRM, and sales related apps. -Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills -Highly motivated and closing new sales accounts driven -Combination of in office, on the road, and work remotely from home. -Ability to build productive business professional relationships -Only Commission%: 5-12%
