Tasks

-Making informed decisions that support daily operations, manage risk and keep the team aligned to broader business objectives. -Monitoring resource needs and supporting workforce planning, training and development. -Coordinating inbound and outbound materials, including scheduling, inspections, issue resolution and reporting. -Building strong relationships with the construction project team, suppliers and internal stakeholders to keep communication clear and timely. -Ensuring all warehouse processes and documentation follow Worley policies, customer requirements and regulatory standards. -Troubleshooting issues across warehouse systems and tools, and helping others build confidence in their use. -Overseeing inventory control, material handling, storage and distribution activities to maintain accuracy and compliance. -Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, safety and overall warehouse performance. -Leading, coaching and supporting a nightshift warehouse team to meet operational priorities, performance targets and safety expectations.
