-A commitment to continuous learning and development, with a willingness to stay updated on the latest CAD software and surveying technologies. -Familiarity with other relevant software (such as GIS or BIM software) and technology used in surveying and civil engineering. -Familiar w/ NCDOT Location & Surveys. -Advanced problem-solving skills -Exceptional attention to detail -Experience with subdivisions and plots. -Basic understanding and ability to read construction plans, procedures and perform field calcs. -Advanced understanding of CAD and Surveying principles. -Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
