Overview

Oversee plastic injection molding production planning, execution, quality, and workforce management.

Tasks

-Timely arrangement of Tools, materials, and other requirements (consumables, spares) to support production execution. -Monthly production planning, job prioritization and execution of the production plan, monitoring and maintaining KIP’s like ‘Delivery reliability’, Extra cost, Overall Equipment effectiveness, etc. -Supporting new development, improvements, qualifying new tools, Machine and Processes etc. -Maintaining shop records i.e., production records, incentive calculation, ISO documentation etc. -Monitoring and balancing ‘manpower and machine capacity’, planning deployment of man & machine for every shift. -Implementation of 5'S' and EHS in the department, training, and development of workmen; Quality improvement and Cost reduction, capacity balancing, safety improvements etc.

What You Bring

-Knowledge of Molding tools & Tool repairs. -Proficiency in Injection Molding of Engineering Thermoplastic & Thermoset materials processing, -Diploma / Degree in Plastics Technology with 3 - 5 years relevant experience -Working in all 3 shifts
