Tasks

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Prospect and identify new business opportunities and generate leads to grow the customer base. Lead and manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals. Carry out Site Surveys. The Regional Technical Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth by combining a strong technical understanding with exceptional customer relationship-building skills. They will work closely with clients and prospects to generate new business, manage existing relationships, and contribute to the company’s overall sales strategy. Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure smooth handovers to the operations team. Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings.

What You Bring

3+ years of sales experience, ideally within a Construction/Plant-related sector (not essential, but highly preferred). We also welcome applicants from the Construction/Plant sector who are interested in transitioning into sales. Ability to interpret site drawings is an advantage Travel throughout a large territory You should have the ability to build and maintain long lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with existing and prospective customers. Effective communication and negotiation skills, along with strong analytical and problem solving skills Full driving licence essential You are self-motivated, have energy and passion to find a solution as well as the ability to prioritise within small team. A degree of IT literacy is required Be an outwardly straightforward individual, who can demonstrate that they are highly organised with strong administrative skills and have a proven track record of accomplishment in their career to date
