The Role

Overview

Construct and maintain above‑ground storage tanks, ensuring safety and code compliance.

Tasks

-Properly identify mechanical/construction tools and their usage. -Maintain an effective working relationship with Customer Inspection and Project Management personnel to ensure satisfaction with our performance and consensus of project completion. -Represent the Company at all times with high moral standards while adhering to the Company’s “Code of Business Conduct and Ethics”. -Effectively execute activities which ensure the successful completion of tasks and project in accordance with MSI safety, quality and erection policies and procedures. -Complete Company’s Safety training, Process Safety Management training and Client / Site specific training. -Inspect and verify that the work, as completed, complies with all applicable codes/standards, specifications, and MSI QC policies and procedures. -Constant monitoring and verification that safe work practices, policies, and procedures are implemented and being followed.

What You Bring

-MUST have Verification of 8,000 craft related hours OR Graduated journeyperson status preferred. -Able to work from drawings and blueprints. -At least five years’ experience in Above Ground Storage Tank construction. -MUST have TWIC card. -MUST have a 20-hour high hazard facility training safety card -Must obtain and maintain an active status within the appropriate drug testing program. -To work well with supervision.
