Tasks
-Analyze customer data across systems (CRM, web, transactional, support, etc.) to identify patterns, segmentation opportunities, and behavioral insights. -Meet all performance and behavior expectations outlined in the company performance appraisal form or communicated by management. -Support iterative development by testing new features, validating data outputs, and recommending enhancements. -Establish and maintain positive and productive work relationships with all staff, customers, and business partners. -Contribute to the design of data models, schemas, and integration logic that support a 360° view of the customer. -Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across the CDP by defining validation rules and monitoring processes. -Translate business needs into technical specifications and collaborate with developers to implement scalable data solutions. -Follow the company HR Policy, the Code of Business Conduct and all subsidiary and department policies and procedures, including protecting confidential company information, attending work punctually and regularly, and following good safety practices in all activities. -Advocate for data best practices and help establish standardized customer metrics and definitions across teams. -Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that support customer analytics and business decision-making. -Partner with Data Engineering, Architecture, and Business stakeholders to define data requirements and use cases for the CDP.

What You Bring
-Understanding of cloud data architectures (Azure, AWS, GCP) and modern data warehousing concepts. -Strong experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau). -Familiarity with building or contributing to custom data platforms or data products. -Experience with customer journey analytics, segmentation modeling, or personalization strategies preferred. -Exposure to agile development environments and product-oriented data work preferred. -Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field. -Knowledge of data governance frameworks and data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) preferred. -5+ years of experience in data analysis, with a strong focus on customer data and cross-platform integration. -Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams. -Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python, R, or similar languages for data manipulation and analysis.
