Tasks

-Must identify and recommend process improvements that enhance machine stability and product flow. -Practice and support Rheem values with internal as well as external customers. -Maintain an organized work area using 5S and (RPS) Rheem Production System principles. -Own the technical performance and flow stability of the assigned area. -Must collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to address machine performance-related issues. -Use MES (Manufacturing Execution System) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems to ensure accurate part tracking, production reporting, and data collection. (preferred) -Observe all departmental safety requirements.

What You Bring

-Must be able to perform and document repetitive TPM (total preventive maintenance) routines for automated systems and support maintenance with other tasks. -Welding experience. -Continuous lifting of 5-25 lbs; Frequent lifting of 25-60 lbs; Occasional lifting of 60+ lbs. Must be able to walk, stand, and/or lift repetitively during shift. -Ability to work independently and solve complex technical issues. -Must be able to configure, operate, and optimize multi-stage automated systems and CNC equipment for maximum line efficiency. -Proven ability to execute TPM routines and document compliance. -1+ years experience in manufacturing environment/warehouse setting working on automated systems. -Ability to utilize production measuring equipment. -High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED, Secondary School Diploma, etc.). -Previous manufacturing experience with automation responsibilities. -Experience with MES and ERP systems in a production environment. -Robotic experience. -Must be able to analyze equipment data to recommend improvements to uptime, reduce cycle times, and resolve technical bottlenecks. -Able to demonstrate basic mechanical and digital experience. -Familiarity with basic lean principles - 5S and RPS (basic tools).
