Tasks

-Leadership and Direction: Identify and communicate the actions needed to implement the function's strategy and business plan within the business area or department; explain the relationship to the broader organization's mission, vision, and values; motivate people to commit to these tenets and do extraordinary things to achieve local business goals. -System and Data Integrity: Monitor system performance, privacy, compliance, and data accuracy through robust governance and audit processes. Translate data into predictive insights that inform proactive workforce and business decisions. -Improvement/Innovation: Initiate, formulate, and implement new business practices within a specific discipline while managing the development and/or delivery of a significant element of the organization's change management program. -HR Data Management: Specify and lead the implementation of data requirements for the HR function to meet the organization's information management needs and to support key processes and procedures, ensuring integration with broader corporate management information systems. -Roadmap: Design and deliver a transformative technology roadmap that integrates automation, AI, and advanced analytics to reinvent how HR delivers value, driving competitive advantage and an enhanced employee experience. -Project & Change Management: Lead complex technology projects with strong planning, execution, and stakeholder engagement. Effectively manages change by influencing adoption, minimizing disruption, and ensuring successful embedment. -Innovative Mindset: Analyze and continuously evaluate HR processes to identify automation opportunities, streamline workflows, and configure system solutions that support user adoption and an enhanced personalized experience. -Information Security: Define business impact of security incidents, and identify and drive recommendations for change to prevent similar incidents. -Organizational Capability Building: Evaluate the capabilities of staff within the department to identify gaps and prioritize development activities. Implement the organization's formal development frameworks within the area of responsibility. Coach and mentor others to support the development of the organization's talent pool.

What You Bring

-Expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud or a comparable enterprise HRIS platform (Workday, SAP, etc.). -Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Applies data analysis and critical thinking to identify system issues, uncover root causes, and implement effective solutions. Enables metrics and reporting to inform decisions and drive performance. -Bachelors Degree required, Master's Degree preferred -Minimum 7 years experience -Strong background in automation, data governance, system architecture, and analytics.
