Tasks

-Cutting and threading pipe, using pipe cutters, cutting torch, and pipe-threading machines -Installation of sheet metal duct and HVAC equipment -Layout and connect electrical wiring between the controls and equipment according to the wiring diagram -Install HVAC systems for commercial construction -Ensure customer satisfaction

-Ability to lift items that weigh up to 100lbs safely -Frequently reaching, stooping, bending, kneeling, and crouching. -Possess effective verbal and written communication skills -Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to distinguish between various HVAC equipment -Ability to pass a background check and drug screening -Strong ability to operate under severe temperature conditions for long periods of time -Requires lifting, positioning, pushing, and/or pulling. -Minimum High School Diploma or GED or equivalent; EPA certification a plus -Prolonged periods of standing and walking. -Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. -Strong ability to write and read in English language -Must be able to access and navigate all areas of construction sites -Self-motivated individual with strong ability to follow instructions and work alone, as well as work effectively within a team -Set/mount equipment, rough-in and trim duct systems, experience installing duct systems is preferred -Requires a consistent physical presence at the branch office to oversee shared services functions and employees, normally achieved by working standard business hours. Certain positions will require flexibility of working hours to meet the demands of the job and the direction of the manager. -Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills -Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds at times. -Possession of valid driver's license with good driving record and reliable transportation
