Tasks

-Monitors program participation and forecasts in a production, goal-oriented environment. -Delivers presentations and communicates program offerings while tailoring messaging to a variety of stakeholders. -Responsible for lead generation into the multifamily program based on program guidelines, while making referrals to other programs when necessary. -Interprets program guidelines and incentive participation pathways and provides ongoing support to contractors and contractors, including guidance on local building regulations, as well as opportunities for maintenance staff to pursue building operator certification trainings. -Develops, manages, and fosters partnerships with multifamily property managers, property owners, stakeholders, subcontractors, and other industry affiliates. -Develops and executes short- and long-term outreach and collaboration plans to effectively execute the program delivery strategy and support the achievement of program goals. -Leads ad hoc meetings/calls with the internal team, partners, and the utility clients on subjects relating to production planning, outreach activities, successes, challenges, and requests for additional support.

What You Bring

-Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills. -Proven multifamily success in engaging multifamily property owners, property management, service providers and contractors. -Excellent presentation skills, including both speaking and writing. -Technical acumen regarding multifamily building science principles and technologies. -Ability to take full responsibility for projects from inception to close. -Client centered and customer service focused. -Previous management experience leading outreach professionals. -Proficient skills with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM tools. -Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task and self-direct your work. -A bachelor's degree and minimum of 7 years' experience in energy-efficiency outreach or sales, multifamily program experience is preferred. -Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams under tight deadlines. -Exceptional problem-solving skills. -Ability and experience in short and long-range planning and strategy. -New Jersey residency required
