Tasks
To support the smooth and efficient running of the pharmacy warehouse by receiving, organising, and dispatching stock and nursing home orders. The role includes maintaining accurate stock levels, managing nutritional supplements, checking invoices, and ensuring the delivery area is clean, safe, and well-organised. -Take responsibility for ordering, receiving, and maintaining appropriate stock levels of all nutritional supplements supplied to nursing homes. -Maintain accurate and up-to-date stock records. -Prepare completed orders for dispatch, ensuring accuracy and compliance with procedures. -Adhere to all health and safety procedures and report any hazards or concerns promptly. -Accept and check incoming deliveries against invoices and delivery notes. -Support regular stock checks and audits. -Participate in manual handling and safe working practices training where required. -Follow up with suppliers on outstanding items or delays. -Liaise with the clinical or pharmacy team to ensure availability of required items. -Assemble and label nursing home orders accurately and efficiently. -Organise stock in a logical and accessible manner within the warehouse. -Cross-reference deliveries with purchase orders and supplier invoices. -Ensure proper documentation is maintained for audit and traceability purposes. -Keep the warehouse and delivery area clean, safe, and tidy at all times. -Monitor expiry dates and rotate stock as needed (FIFO method). -Record and report shortages, damages, or delays in incoming stock.

What You Bring
General Operatives (2-3 roles) Applicants must have the legal right to work in Ireland. Only suitable candidates will be contacted. -Ability to work independently and as part of a team. -Familiarity with stock control systems or pharmacy management systems. -Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy. -Good organisational and time management skills. -Basic understanding of pharmaceutical or medical supply handling. -Previous experience in a warehouse, pharmacy, or healthcare environment. -Reliable, punctual, and committed to high standards. -Proactive attitude towards problem-solving and following up on tasks. -Comfortable working in a physically active role (some lifting required).
