Overview

Assist in developing and delivering program reporting, data analysis, and automation for CAHSR.

Tasks

-Provide support in compiling progress, cost, cash flow, earned value, and risk data for reports -Assist in developing and maintaining reporting policies, procedures, and tools related to scope, cost, and schedule -Help ensure reporting accuracy, clarity, and alignment with stakeholder needs -Support communication and follow-up with functional teams to meet reporting requirements -Help maintain and track the program reporting calendar and deadlines -Support the preparation and delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual program reports -Coordinate with project teams to gather and verify data for programmatic reporting -Assist with the preparation of executive and board-level reports -Aid in identifying and implementing reporting automation opportunities using tools like Power BI -Provide administrative and analytical support to the Program Reporting Unit as needed

What You Bring

-BA/BS + 8 Years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education -Extensive experience in scheduling, project controls, and data analytics tools -Knowledge of public-sector reporting standards and capital program environments -Experience with desktop publishing and professional graphics software -Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, finance, project management, or related field -Proficient in Power BI, Visio, Primavera P6, TILOS, and Microsoft Office Suite -Strong communication, organization, and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure -PMP or relevant project/reporting certification preferred -Familiarity with rail and roadway infrastructure projects
