What You Bring
-Experience with media management -Customer and relationship building focused sales experience -Positive response to pressure -Event management experience is an asset -Natural warmth and enthusiasm -Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel within the local community -Empathetic communication style -Strong initiative and self-direction -At least two (2) years of experience and proven success in direct sales -Ability to connect with people -Strong drive and ability to close the sale -Experience in the development and execution of strategic sales action plans -Experience and ability in common business applications, including a CRM system -Ability to work flexible hours (evenings and weekends as required) -Ability to influence and persuade others -Strong business acumen
