Senior Administrator

Overview

Provide admin support, manage recruitment, stock, payroll, complaints, and reporting.

Tasks

-To work closely with the Customer Operations Manager, Senior Installation Manager and Regional Operations Manager to support the depot/region. -To take minutes at meetings and produce letters as required. -On an adhoc basis you may be required to fulfil certain duties on behalf of the Customer Operations Manager and Regional Operations Manager as directed. -Process pay on a weekly basis for self-employed staff -To be responsible for the administration of the recruitment process -Provide administrative support to the Senior Management Team as required, including stock management. -Keep accurate records, monitor and report on employee's absence and holidays.
