Service Administrator

Overview

Provides admin support for service team: contracts, scheduling, orders, and vendor coordination.

Tasks

-Assisting with Project Management, and outside superintendent scheduling as well as the look ahead reports -Establishing and maintaining open, positive relationships with the team, clients, vendors, and suppliers -Maintain the service contract renewals process and preventive maintenance scheduling -Serve as the main point of contact for supporting field and office on new service management software -Assisting the service manager with fleet management -Soliciting vendor and subcontractor proposals, as needed, and assisting with proposals for preventive and corrective maintenance work -Performing new customer setup, identifying outstanding issues, and assisting with deficiency reporting -Assisting with work orders, purchase orders, submittals and RFI management -Attending weekly Service Team meetings; providing updates on status and upcoming client needs
