The Role

Overview

Maintain and manage processing plant equipment, lead engineers, and ensure safe operations.

Tasks

-Monitoring equipment energy efficiencies and contributing to the design of continuous improvement initiatives that reduce our energy consumption -Completing all engineering work to facilitate production of the budgeted and forecasted tonnes -Completing Health and Safety documentation in line with company policy and procedures i.e. risk assessments, equipment specific procedures, permits etc -Managing and supporting two Cross-Skilled Engineers in their activities -Effective maintenance planning and implementation -Producing and distributing engineering reports -Using the SAP Engineering Resource Planning applications to record, predict and manage preventative, predictive and reactive asset maintenance

What You Bring

-Being Mechanically biased with some Electrical experience -Having an NVQ Level 3, or equivalent, in some form of engineering -Having a high degree of Health and Safety awareness and competence -Legally being able to drive in the UK -Previous leadership experience
