-Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams -Provide risk and value management assessments -Manage project budgets, cost forecasts, and cash flow analysis -Liaise with contractors and ensure compliance with Company standards -Support contract administration and change order management -Conduct quantity take-offs, valuations, and payment applications

What You Bring

-Background in pharmaceutical, life sciences, or advanced manufacturing projects preferred -5+ years of experience in quantity surveying within large-scale construction -Strong cost reporting and commercial management skills -Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field -Proficient in industry tools such as CostX, Bluebeam, or MS Excel
