The Role

Overview

Oversee on-site operations, resident relations, leasing & staff for luxury property

Tasks

-Respond promptly to resident questions, concerns, and conflicts, ensuring timely resolution and high satisfaction levels. -Conduct weekly property inspections with the Maintenance Manager to ensure safety, functionality, and curb appeal. -Prepare and submit operational, marketing, and financial reports to Corporate. -Conduct team meetings and performance reviews to encourage accountability, growth, and professional development. -Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and resident satisfaction. -Interact with residents regularly, providing exceptional customer service and a positive, professional attitude. -Ensure compliance with corporate policies, Fair Housing laws, and other applicable regulations. -Plan and execute resident events and engagement initiatives to foster a strong sense of community. -Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and cost management for property operations. -Monitor local market trends, competitor activity, and resident feedback to identify opportunities for improvement. -Collaborate with the marketing department to develop and implement effective, property-specific marketing strategies. -Monitor and respond to resident feedback and online reviews, using insights to improve services. -Interact effectively with project team, client and reviewing authorities. -Track and follow up on maintenance requests, and coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs, upgrades, or projects. -Assist Leasing Team with leasing duties including showing apartments as well as preparing and executing leases. -Lead, train, and support property staff to ensure consistent execution of procedures and high team performance.

What You Bring

-Effective listener with ability to understand needs of team members at all levels -REQUIRED; Availability to participate in Saturday shift rotations (every other Saturday from 8:00am to 12:00pm) -Strong written and oral communication skills. -Flexible and adaptable to changing situations. -REQUIRED; Bachelor's Degree -Understand property performance metrics, including occupancy trends, renewals, and budget compliance. -Self motivated, deadline driven and highly organized -Previous Sales and Customer Service experience a must! -PREFERRED; 3+ years experience managing, Class A or B, multi-family communities -REQUIRED; Availability to work weekdays from 8am to 5pm.
