Overview

Assist with substation and power delivery project tasks and admin support.

Tasks

-Assisting in project administration including writing reports, gathering information, drafting proposals, drafting correspondence, tracking project costs, and completing progress reports. -Performing simple calculations, computer data entry, along with some exposure to design and crosstraining. -Performing research and contacting vendors for information. -Assisting technical staff with various project tasks, including researching, compiling, and evaluating project data, preparing reports, and performing calculations for power delivery projects.

What You Bring

-Ability to multitask, prioritize, and take direction. -Must be in the process of earning a bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering or related field from an accredited university. Completion of the sophomore year is preferred. -Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. -Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and AutoCAD. -Ability to work 40 hours a week during summer break (flexible summer start and end dates).
