Tasks

-Perform engineering with the use of computer-assisted engineering software and equipment -Provide support to engineering and project management associates -Verify the dimensions of prepared and completed work -Collect and prepare data for evaluation -Prepare reports for site operations activities, including materials used and completed work -Support inspection teams with field inspections

What You Bring

-Strong written and verbal communication skills -Prior internship or related experience -Good driving record with a valid driver’s license -Currently pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Engineering Management, or a related program at an ABET-accredited university -Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and shake up to 20 pounds -Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite -Ability to use construction or inspection safety equipment, including fall protection -Ability to work independently with general supervision as well as within a collaborative team environment -Ability to reach horizontally as well as vertically for required tasks -Ability to sit, stand, climb, bend, twist, or stoop frequently and for prolonged periods, under various outside conditions
