Assist plumbers while learning tools, safety, and basic plumbing in a 90‑day apprenticeship.

Tasks

-Properly protecting the customers property -Digging ditches -Do as the Plumber instructs, unless deemed unsafe. Unsafe practices include but are not limited to, entering a trench over 4’ deep without shoring or spoil pile being properly placed away from the edge of the trench, standing on the top rung of the ladder, entering a confined space, entering raw sewage, etc. -Identifying the workflow of the job -Breaking and hauling concrete -Keeping job site, vans, and MPE property clean -Being introduced to chemicals used in plumbing applications and clean up

What You Bring

-A willingness to learn and work overtime when required. -Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. -Practical experience working with plumbing systems and equipment. -Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics. -A valid driver's license and reliable transportation. -Learning about job site safety procedures/ PPE -Ability to handle criticism appropriately. -Learning to identify tools and how to safely use them -Learning how to identify materials and their uses
