Tasks

-Removal of weeds, dirt, trash and random debris using industrial sweepers, vacuums, and high-powered blowers -Maintain the safety and cleanliness of the exterior of the facility, grounds, including property signs and lighting -Maintain parking equipment and technologies -Floor Rinse/Remove Debris -Provide general maintenance of commercial parking facilities. -Carrying, lifting, pulling or pushing items weighing up to 50 pounds -Maintain front entrance area, parking lot and/or garage, and street entrance in a clean and presentable manner. -Treat stains with Degreaser -Report all unsafe conditions or malfunctioning equipment to supervisor. -Frequently handling objects and equipment to maintain the facility -Sweep, Shovel Debris
