Tasks

-Work major equipment buyouts with the project team. -Maintain a Vendor/Subcontractor database. -Obtain, Evaluate, and compare vendor and subcontractors' bids. -Work with upper-level management to determine if projects meet company requirements. -Read, understand, and analyze blueprints and specifications. -Archive any information as required to be useful in future estimates. -Prepare scope letters, bid forms, and required documents. -Obtain prequalification information from subcontractors. -Assist project managers with change order pricing and review. -Prepare and attend Kickoff Meetings for awarded projects.

What You Bring

-Current driver’s license. -Proficient in English language. -Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HVAC and Plumbing estimating. -Must be willing to learn our estimating procedures. -Ability to work quickly and accurately. -Expert math skills. -High school diploma. -5+ years of experience bidding HVAC and Plumbing projects. -Able to pass a drug test. -Legally eligible to work in the US.
