Tasks

Partner with producers on new business development, assume management of new accounts once bound, and ensure smooth onboarding. Lead marketing efforts for renewals, evaluate coverage alternatives, and identify opportunities to round out accounts. Build and maintain strong carrier relationships to support timely and competitive placements. Ensure accurate, thorough use of AMS360 for all client documentation. Provide leadership within the team and foster a collaborative, client-focused environment. Serve as the primary advisor for mid-market commercial clients, providing tailored insurance solutions across multiple P&C lines.

What You Bring

Excellent communication, organizational, and client service skills. 15+ years of experience in servicing multi-line commercial accounts (policy review, proposals, endorsements, billing, certificates, etc.). AMS360 experience is mandatory. Strong technical knowledge of property & casualty coverages and rating. SkyWater Search has partnered with a well-established insurance brokerage that is seeking a highly experienced Commercial Lines Account Executive to join their team. This role is responsible for managing client relationships, servicing multi-line commercial accounts, and supporting new business while upholding exceptional service standards. This position is fully-remote, but does have monthly travel to the company office in California for team meetings Property & Casualty license required; CIC (or equivalent) preferred or willingness to pursue. Experience handling a generalist book of business across diverse industries.
