Coordinate project information, manage CDE, ensure ISO 19650 compliance.

Tasks

-Providing ongoing maintenance of project file naming protocols with the Information Coordination Team and Project Team, in line with client & Kier protocols and ISO 19650 where required -Acting as the main point of contact for ongoing support and coaching, including third parties such as client teams, designers, and subcontractors -Managing the CDE for the lifecycle of the project and in line with Kier procedures and standards, controlling and hosting training sessions for new users of the project CDE, either with groups or on an individual basis

What You Bring

-You embody diverse and clear communication skills with experience of effective communication across multidisciplinary design teams, client teams, subcontractors, and the wider supply chain -Are competent with EDMS and hold experience of working on projects with large volumes of data and information from various sources -Have the ability to handle a variety of situations at one given time, and to do so efficiently
