Lead onsite construction of large data center projects across the Southeast.

Tasks

-Direct and mentor field staff and foremen -Enforce jobsite safety and compliance standards -Collaborate with project management, engineering, and design teams -Oversee all field operations for large-scale, ground-up data center projects -Maintain daily reporting, inspections, and documentation -Manage subcontractors, scheduling, and quality control to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery

What You Bring

-5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on large ground-up commercial projects -Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills -Proven ability to manage projects $30M+ in value -Prior data center construction experience required -Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems, mission-critical infrastructure, and site logistics -Strong pipeline of upcoming work throughout the Southeast -Willingness to travel regionally for project assignments
