Tasks
-Develop and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business. -Conduct property viewings and presentations to potential buyers. -Adhere to all local laws and regulations concerning property sales. -Utilize CRM software to manage lead information and track sales progress. -Identify potential clients through networking and referrals. -Evaluate property listings and conduct market analysis. -Negotiate contracts and sales agreements between buyers and sellers. -Prepare and present detailed property proposals to clients. -Stay informed about the latest property listings and trends. -Assist clients in pricing properties based on market research. -Handle all paperwork and documentation related to property sales. -Conduct follow-ups with clients pre- and post-sale to ensure satisfaction. -Attend real estate meetings and training sessions for skill enhancement. -Provide clients with information on real estate market conditions. -Coordinate with property owners and legal teams for transaction completion.
